Position:
Regular Part-Time Professor (Post-Doctoral training in Biology required) for the course BIO
1141:
Introduction to Cell and Molecular Biology.

• Teach BIO
  1141 (Introduction to Cell and Molecular Biology) with a schedule including in-person instruction:
  Tuesday 11:30–13:00 and Friday 13:00–14:30 (subject to departmental needs).
• Deliver course content on cell structure, cytoskeleton, membranes, cell cycle, and fundamentals of molecular biology (replication, transcription, translation) and membrane transport.
• Assess and evaluate student performance in alignment with university policies.
• Engage in teaching activities that support student learning and success within the department of Biology, Faculty of Science.

• Postdoctoral training in the relevant area of Biology.
• Evidence of success as a teacher at the university level.

• Language of instruction:

• Compensation details:
  Teaching rate as specified; rates may be updated under the collective agreement; retroactive pay applies after ratification.
