This position plays a crucial part in ensuring each student's educational experience is achieved through tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to design learning goals

• Assist in monitoring special education student progress

• Adhere to safety plans for students with special needs

• Support positive behaviour management strategies

• Engage with families and agencies for student improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant secondary diploma and an associated college qualification

• Experience in educational environments preferred

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Proficient with educational technologies and communication

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
