At Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, you're invited to assume a pivotal role in the Radiation Medicine Program. As an experienced professional with a Master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, you’ll educate staff and students in modern radiation therapy techniques. Integral responsibilities include developing training programs, mentoring radiation therapists, and assessing patient education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate departmental education programs and clinical training

• Develop and implement innovative training initiatives

• Maintain awareness of advancements in radiation therapy

• Conduct assessments for patient education needs

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within RMP

Requirements:

• BSc in Radiation Therapy;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum 5 years of practice experience

• Previous leadership and course design experience

• Certifications with CMRITO and CAMRT

• Proficient in English with teaching skills
