CFMWS Learning Advisor

Position: CFMWS Learning Advisor Role
Enhance military training programs as a Learning Advisor with CFMWS. You will create dynamic learning content and activities tailored to meet the unique needs of Canadian Armed Forces members.

This hybrid role calls for expertise in instructional design and several years' experience in training and development. You will evaluate learning requirements, utilize eLearning tools, and develop targeted programs that facilitate effective learning transfer within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging training materials and courses

• Assess educational needs and recommend adjustments

• Use eLearning tools to craft online content

• Collaborate with clients to address training-related queries

• Monitor training programs for effectiveness and improvements

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma and extensive experience

• Skilled in eLearning software, particularly Articulate 360

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Bilingual in English and French (advanced communication)

• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
