Bilingual Health & Safety Trainer - Hybrid

Become a key player at Safety Co as a Bilingual Health & Safety Trainer & Consultant. Deliver impactful training and consulting services in English and French to enhance workplace safety culture.

This role is perfect for an experienced safety professional with a passion for training and client engagement. You will provide hands-on safety consultation and deliver interactive training programs that align with Ontario health legislation. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful learning outcomes is essential to this individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training in English and French

• Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments

• Provide actionable recommendations for compliance

• Maintain accurate training session documentation

• Travel to client sites for training and consulting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in adult education or safety training

• Strong knowledge of Ontario safety regulations

• Fluent in English and French

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
