Make a difference as a Teaching Assistant for Business Simulation Analytics at the University of Ottawa. Support student learning through grading, labs, and office hours during the 2026 Fall Semester.
The Telfer School of Management is looking for a Teaching Assistant for the ADM
3305 course. This position requires excellent grasp of Business Simulation Analytics and related software. Applicants should have a minimum C.G.P.A. of 8.0 and relevant TA experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly labs and provide student support
• Grade projects and assignments accurately
• Proctor final examinations throughout the semester
• Deliver structured feedback using established rubrics
• Assist in online course management and videoconferencing
Requirements:
• Minimum grade of A- in ADM
3305 or equivalent
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Python
• Must have lived in Ottawa for the course duration
• Experience with online teaching tools an advantage
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently
