This course, APA
2312, focuses on both acute and chronic exercise responses, alongside the regulation of substrate supply. Instructors will engage with the endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, and urinary systems as they relate to physical activity. A Ph.D. is a plus, and successful candidates will foster an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures on exercise physiology concepts
• Evaluate student performance through assessments
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom
• Stay updated with current research in human kinetics
• Complete all mandatory training as required
Requirements:
• Master’s or equivalent in Human Kinetics
• A Ph.D. in related fields is an advantage
• University teaching experience preferred
• Commitment to diverse and inclusive pedagogy
• Compliance with provincial training requirements
