We are seeking a passionate lecturer for a new Tourism course in Montpetit Hall. This role revolves around exploring the economic and social determinants of tourism, including cultural heritage and sport tourism. Candidates need a Master's in Leisure Studies or a related field, with teaching experience an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures on tourism and global mobilities
• Examine cultural and economic impacts of tourism
• Teach using a hybrid model every Wednesday
• Engage students in discussions on sustainability
• Develop course materials and assignments
Requirements:
• Master’s in Leisure Studies or related field
• Experience teaching at a university level
• Strong understanding of tourism and cultural dynamics
• Ability to work in a hybrid teaching environment
