Position: Cycling Development Manager Role
Shape the future of cycling education as a Development Manager at Cycling Canada. This hybrid position focuses on strategic program development for coaches and officials across the country.

In this full-time role, you will lead the planning and execution of national education initiatives. Your combination of strategic insight and operational expertise will drive impactful programs that enhance participant development pathways. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll ensure the financial sustainability and effectiveness of education offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement national education strategies for cycling

• Manage the development of certification programs

• Oversee the delivery of educational activities nationwide

• Lead collaborative efforts with provincial stakeholders

• Maintain alignment of education frameworks with best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Sport Management or similar

• Minimum 3–5 years in education program development

• Proven analytical and strategic planning skills

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

• Experience in sports coaching is desirable
