Support young learners at Herman Street Public School as a Long Term Occasional Early Childhood Educator with RENFREW COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD. Collaborate with teachers and families to enhance early education.

This position is for a dedicated educator seeking to make a difference in junior kindergarten and kindergarten settings. You will partner with kindergarten teachers and parents to create enriched learning experiences focused on children’s unique development and interests. Monitor student progress and maintain a nurturing environment that respects individual differences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging early learning programs

• Collaborate with staff and parents for effective learning

• Observe and assess child development regularly

• Communicate and meet with families as needed

• Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

• Two-year Early Childhood Education Diploma

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• First Aid, CPR(C), and WHMIS certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills
