The role focuses on teaching Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods in an engaging, online, and hybrid format. Key Responsibilities:
• Teach doctoral-level content and research methodology courses
• Guide students in applied business research and strategic projects
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on coursework
• Maintain communication with students and DBA program director
• Participate in weekend residencies for in-person instruction
Requirements:
• Doctorate or master’s degree with relevant certifications
• Teaching experience in business administration
• Familiarity with Blackboard and online teaching tools
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
• Evidence of scholarly achievements
