We

are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed teachers to join our team at Osgoode Public School.

Osgoode Public School is located on Osgoode Main Street and is a big part of the streetscape in the village of Osgoode. It serves a community that is a blend of old, new, rural, village and riverfront development. We have approximately 270 students in JK- grade 6, including our bilingual two-year kindergarten program and both the English and the Early French Immersion programs for students in grades 1 - 6.

List

All Occasional Teachers are eligible to apply for Long Term Occasional postings for which they are qualified. If you are fully external to the OCDSB, you may apply to this posting if you have the required qualifications.

Please be advised that our order of consideration for Elementary LTO's is as follows:

  • Current elementary occasional teacher applicants, followed by
  • Qualified external applicants.

Additional Qualifications:

FSL Part 1 Additional Requirements (experience, knowledge, education,) considered an asset for the Position:
Experience teaching a homeroom and combined Gr 3/4 class, experience teaching core french is an asset. Additional Information: LTO FTE may gradually reduce over the year Timelines

Shortlisting:
Prior to releasing the applicant lists - where possible, HR will conduct placements of remaining FSL & EN pool participants from August 10-14. For those assignments not placed HR will shortlist August 17, 2026.
