Flight Crew Training Manager at Canadian North

As the Manager of Flight Crew Training, you will oversee the development and administration of comprehensive training programs that prioritize safety and adherence to industry standards.
Your role involves enhancing pilot and cabin crew competencies through effective training practices while ensuring all training aligns with Canadian Aviation Regulations. You will work closely with Chief Pilots to refine training processes and maintain the Flight Training Manual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer Pilot Ground Training Programs
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and training standards
• Integrate Crew Resource Management training into programs
• Conduct risk assessments and safety investigations
• Oversee corporate LMS configuration for Flight Operations staff
Requirements:
• Hold an ATPL or equivalent certification
• Minimum two years of training experience
• Strong knowledge of CARS and CASS regulations
• Excellent public speaking and course design skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
