The Next Gen Assistant Pastor provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for students within the Next Gen ministry. This role is responsible for helping build a thriving Jr. High community through engaging teaching, relational ministry, leadership development, and impactful programs that align with Bethel's mission and vision. This individual will work closely with the Next Gen Pastor to develop a healthy, Spirit-led ministry that reaches, disciples, and empowers the next generation.
RequiredSkills
- Strong and growing relationship with Jesus
- Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry (or related field), or currently in pursuit of one
- 1-3 years of experience working with adolescents in a church context
- Strong communication and relational skills with youth and families
- Proven leadership and organizational ability
