In this role, you'll work under the Construction Trades Chair, delivering quality instruction to students in various programs. Responsibilities include course design, curriculum updates, and fostering learning with modern educational tools. You will also engage with students through tutoring, advising, and assessing their academic achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and design welding course materials
• Facilitate effective learning environments
• Teach scheduled classes in Fall, Winter, or Summer
• Provide guidance and tutoring for student success
• Evaluate and report on student achievements
Requirements:
• CWB Certification in various welding positions
• Minimum two years of postsecondary teaching experience
• Two-year diploma in Welding or equivalent
• Active participation in professional development
• Understanding of modern educational practices
