Position: Early Childhood Educational Assistant Role

We are looking for a collaborative and energetic Educational Assistant to join our Kindergarten team. In this role, you will support children's academic and emotional development while working closely with teachers and specialists. Your presence will help cultivate a warm atmosphere that encourages learning and self-regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reinforce academic skills during classroom activities

• Assist with classroom routines and student participation

• Individualize support as per student IEPs

• Foster positive peer interactions and problem-solving skills

• Organize classroom materials and maintain learning environments

Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood education, especially in Kindergarten

• Proficient interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Patient and calm demeanor with young learners

• Excellent organizational capabilities

• Certification in relevant educational fields is beneficial
