Join McGill University as a Grader for the course LING 315, Language of the World. This position will provide 20 contract hours at a rate of $35.02 per hour.
The Department of Linguistics is in search of a Grader for Fall 2026, under the guidance of Katya Morgunova. The successful candidate will engage in grading activities and will need to communicate effectively in English. Authorization to work in Canada and residence in Quebec is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and grade assignments for LING 315
• Provide feedback based on grading criteria
• Collaborate with the course instructor
• Communicate effectively with students
• Ensure timely grade submissions
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Willing to work on the McGill campus in Quebec
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Availability for the complete contract period
