The RCMP seeks a Trainer proficient in emergency response tactics and adult learning methodologies. Candidates must have extensive recent experience in lead instructional roles within tactical environments and be willing to undertake physical training duties. Regular travel and adaptability in scheduling are part of the job expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct tactical training programs
• Provide direct instruction on firearms and operations
• Participate in job simulation exercises
• Assess tactical skills and training outcomes
• Facilitate learning in high-stress scenarios
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with the modernized ERT program
• Instructional experience in law enforcement or military
• Recent practical experience in firearms training
• Required Enhanced Reliability security clearance
