Yukon Montessori School seeks a passionate Montessori Casa Lead Guide to champion early education for children ages 3 to 6. Engage young minds and create a positive impact through expert guidance.

In this permanent role, you will cultivate an inclusive and nurturing environment, guiding daily activities and routines for children. Your responsibilities include supervising outdoor activities and crafting meaningful connections with parents regarding their child's development. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow educators to foster a supportive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classroom activities tailored for ages 3 to 6

• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment

• Direct daily routines and care for children

• Supervise outdoor play and educational outings

• Maintain open communication with parents on progress

Requirements:

• Experience with children aged 3 to 6

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• First aid certification needed

• Valid RCMP vulnerable sector check

• Immunization records and fitness note required
