Position: Early Childhood Educator Wanted
Step into a rewarding role as an Early Childhood Educator with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. This position emphasizes high-quality, play-based education for young learners.

This term position requires a Registered Early Childhood Educator to work closely with teachers in a collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in promoting the development of children in Junior and Senior Kindergarten. This role also includes planning and leading enriching activities before and after school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate interactive play-based learning sessions

• Guide students in social and emotional skills

• Engage with parents and the wider school community

• Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment

• Tailor programs to accommodate diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

• Two-year Early Childhood Education diploma or equivalent

• Registered with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators

• At least one year of relevant child care experience

• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification

• Pass a Police Records Check for Vulnerable Sector
