Position: Exam Proctor for Fall 2026
Join the proctoring team at the University of Ottawa for the Fall Semester 2026. This role involves overseeing exams, ensuring academic fairness and integrity within the Faculty of Science.

We are hiring Proctors to support the Department of Biology during mid-terms and final exams. There are 20 positions open for candidates keen on fostering academic honesty among approximately 200 enrolled students. Proctors will work for 4 hours per exam session while actively participating in required training and promoting workplace diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mid-term and final exam sessions

• Enforce exam regulations and protocols

• Monitor student activities during assessments

• Provide necessary assistance to students

• Promote a respectful and inclusive testing atmosphere

Requirements:

• Understanding of academic integrity practices

• Completion of required training courses

• Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles

• Capability to aid students in need during exams
