This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the Department of French by teaching in both undergraduate and graduate programs. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in Franco-Ontarian literature and will be actively involved in scholarly research and peer-reviewed publications. You will also supervise graduate students and take part in the expansion of departmental offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in French
• Engage in active research with publications
• Provide graduate student supervision
• Support the development of new academic programs
• Participate in departmental service activities
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Francophone Literatures by July 1, 2027
• Experienced in university teaching environments
• Demonstrated research history in the field
• Interest in community partnerships
• Innovate pedagogical techniques in teaching
