This role, under the Apprenticeship Training Department, focuses on developing students' skills in automotive mechanics and trades. With a requirement of a minimum of five years in the field and two years of teaching experience, you will guide learners through curriculum development and hands-on training. Your commitment to educational technology will enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach courses effectively in automotive trades
• Revise course materials based on feedback
• Advise students academically both in and out of class
• Foster a conducive learning environment
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance
Requirements:
• Valid certifications in truck, auto body, and automotive service trades
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• At least 2 years of teaching experience desired
• Expertise in educational technologies
• Involvement in faculty and departmental activities
