Youth Development Leaders at BGC South East

Become an Authorized Rec After school Leader and help shape young minds at BGC South East! Bring joy and learning to children in Brockville and Kemptville with our engaging programs.

In this role with BGC South East from September 2026 to June 2027, you’ll influence youth development by creating and leading programs focused on STEM, health, and personal growth. Your commitment to maintaining a safe and fun environment is essential, with flexible hours up to 30 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead diverse educational programs

• Supervise participants and promote engagement

• Ensure all safety ratios are adhered to

• Document incidents and maintain records properly

• Act as a community role model for youth

Requirements:

• Enrollment or graduation from Post-Secondary institution

• Experience working with children in various settings

• Up-to-date immunizations and criminal clearance

• Valid Driver’s License for transportation

• HIGH FIVE PHCD certification preferred
