Elevate adult education as an ESL Instructor with the Ottawa Catholic School Board. This term assignment involves in-person and online teaching, fostering essential language skills.

In this role, you'll be an integral part of the ESL day school program eph Adult High School. Reporting to the Manager of Continuing & Community Education, you will support learners with various CLB levels through innovative teaching techniques. Your expertise in learning technologies and curriculum development will empower students to achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools/apps to teach language skills effectively

• Create course content suitable for CLB levels

• Track and implement learner skill progression

• Interact as a representative of the Continuing Education department

• Perform additional assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

• Valid TESL Ontario Certification in good standing

• Previous ESL teaching experience with various CLB levels

• Strong expertise in learning technologies for adult education

• Experience with PBLA and instructional design

• Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills
