Position: Support Specialist, Training Design at Canadian Blood Services

As a key member of the Quality Management System team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs and develop high-quality materials. Your efforts will contribute to the ongoing improvement of the national training management process and enhance the overall learning experience for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with course owners for training needs assessments

• Create effective training materials and courses

• Gather feedback to evaluate training effectiveness

• Lead communities of practice among training developers

• Verify compliance of materials with quality standards

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or certification

• Minimum five years of instructional design experience

• Ability to engage with senior leadership and teams

• Expertise in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Understanding of quality management in regulated environments
