Applications of information systems at the operational and decision making levels. Electronic business. Ethical and legal issues. Security and quality issues. Advanced topics including knowledge management and business intelligence.

Requirements:
Must have an MBA or a Master’s degree (preferably a PhD) with a specialization directly related to information systems, or applications of information technology (IT) for business. Must demonstrate recent and up-to-date professional experience in all areas of the course. Sound knowledge pertaining to the strategic and operational use of IT in organizations is a must. Background and first-hand experience with organizational IT trends in enterprise systems, e-business, m-commerce, and business intelligence is required.
Knowledge of applications of IT in areas such as customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) is required. The course extensively utilizes the case method teaching approach, and requires pertinent prior teaching experience. Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of information technology for business.
