Position: RECE Position at Kids & Company
Become an Early Childhood Educator at Kids & Company in Ottawa, ON. This role focuses on teaching through an Emergent Curriculum while supporting children’s growth and well-being.

Kids & Company is expanding and looking for dedicated educators for our Ottawa location. You will play a crucial role in fostering children's emotional, behavioral, and physical skills. Collaborating with other professionals is key to providing a supportive learning environment. Comprehensive documentation and classroom ratio management will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting

• Implement the Emergent Curriculum daily

• Support children during classroom transitions

• Collaborate with therapists for holistic support

• Ensure health and safety compliance in the classroom

Requirements:

• In good standing with the College of ECE

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C

• Updated immunization records and TB test

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
