This temporary position involves working directly under the Principal’s direction to assist in creating educational programs tailored to individual student needs. You will collaborate closely with parents, assess student progress, and maintain daily records.
Your role is essential in fostering a supportive and integrated learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing educational programs to meet student needs
• Participate in planning with families and school staff
• Maintain detailed daily records of student progress
• Provide supervision as assigned in various settings
• Collaborate closely with the Phoenix Centre team
Requirements:
• 2 to 3-year diploma in relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience in a school environment
• Physically able to perform essential duties
• Understanding of behavior management strategies
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
