This full-time role at Simard Hall involves planning, monitoring, and evaluating academic and administrative functions to improve services for students and faculty alike. You will oversee admission processes, thesis evaluations, and manage academic scheduling while ensuring the integrity of academic operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and recommend changes to academic regulations
• Oversee admission processes and monitor student progress
• Manage scheduling for theses, courses, and exams
• Approve special academic requests and manage exceptions
• Implement work methods to enhance staff performance
Requirements:
• University education or equivalent experience in management
• Knowledge of graduate programs and university regulations
• Experience in academic operations and human resource management
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in academic administrative systems and software
