Position: Early Childhood Educator with UCDSB

This position requires a University degree in early child development or related diploma. You will leverage a thorough understanding of child development, kindergarten curriculum, and effective communication skills to support both students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement learning experiences

• Supervise and ensure student safety during breaks

• Guide individual play experiences and social skills development

• Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians

• Observe and monitor learning environments for safety

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• 2-3 years of relevant childcare experience

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Adaptability to diverse student backgrounds

• High confidentiality standard
