Hourly Rate: AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027) The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified.
Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work- Manage manuscript and peer-review workflow records, including organizing files and tracking submissions, reviewer invitations, responses, reminders, revisions, and decisions
- Assist with identifying potential reviewers and maintain reviewer records, including areas of expertise and contact information
- Prepare routine administrative correspondence and follow-up using editor-approved templates
