Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to develop learning experiences

• Supervise and ensure student safety during breaks

• Guide students using positive behaviour management techniques

• Lead small and large group learning experiences

• Maintain communication with parents and guardians

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• 2-3 years of recent childcare experience

• Knowledge of kindergarten curriculum and assessment

• Ability to work in a multicultural setting
