Job Description:

  • Under the general direction of Early Learning Services and the program Supervisor, the EDP Facilitator will:
  • provide active and engaged supervision to children between the ages of 4 – 12 yrs in our before and after school programs;
  • provide opportunities for children that help to support physical, cognitive, emotional and social development;
  • follow the program philosophy of a relaxed, warm and safe environment in order to help to nurture and support children and their families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Consideration will be given to those who have successfully graduated from the Child and Youth Worker, Developmental Service Worker, or Recreation & Leisure programs;
  • Candidates must have experience working with Kindergarten and/or School Age children;
  • valid First Aid and CPR.

Contract positions are offered for September through June at various locations

Annual (or Hourly) Salary: The hourly wage for this position is $23.54 per hour.
