Position: Full Time Early Childhood Educator Stittsville
Zida Academy is looking for a qualified Early Childhood Educator (E.C.E.) based in Stittsville, ON. This full-time permanent role is an excellent chance to make a difference in children's lives while shaping their early development.

In your role as Early Childhood Educator, you will focus on creating and implementing child-care programs tailored to enhance various developmental areas. From supervising children to leading engaging activities, your contributions will be vital in fostering an enriching environment for learning. You will also maintain collaborative relationships with staff and parents to ensure effective communication about children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement developmental programs for children’s well-being

• Lead and supervise classroom activities and staff

• Conduct observations and maintain developmental records

• Organize storytelling and creative expression tasks

• Assist in daily housekeeping and snack preparation

Requirements:

• Fluency in English or French

• Relevant diploma from College/CEGEP

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in childcare

• First Aid and CPR Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
