The course explores essential evaluation principles and methodical practices for aspiring program evaluators. This role demands a PhD in a relevant field alongside demonstrated expertise and recent scholarly contributions. You will empower students with critical evaluation skills and methods in a collaborative online format.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach evaluation methods using a web-based platform
• Guide data analysis and reporting of evaluation results
• Develop practical assignments reflecting course principles
• Provide ongoing mentorship and engagement with students
• Assess student performance and give constructive feedback
Requirements:
• Doctorate in education or related area
• Relevant publications in program evaluation
• Extensive knowledge of evaluation methods and practices
• Experience with online teaching and learning technologies
• Strong organization and communication skills
