Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver career development workshops and programs
• Provide one-on-one employment advice to students
• Collaborate with academic departments on career services
• Analyze labour market data to inform program delivery
• Maintain detailed knowledge of academic offerings
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in relevant field required
• Four years of employment advising experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing training programs for students
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
