Become a Teaching Assistant for Medicaments 101 at the University of Ottawa's Main Campus. This role involves preparing materials and proctoring exams for the Winter Semester.
The Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences is looking to hire five Teaching Assistants for the upcoming semester. Responsibilities include tutorial preparation and assisting in exam proctoring. You must possess specific chemistry qualifications and complete required workshops before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials for Medicaments 101 course
• Conduct tutorial sessions as needed
• Proctor mid-terms and final exams
• Assist in grading assignments and quizzes
• Collaborate closely with supervising professor
Requirements:
• 1 year of general and organic chemistry required
• Candidates must pass a qualification test if not a graduate
• Completion of WHIMIS and Health workshops required
• In-person work expected at Main Campus
• Language of work is French
