Teach Electronics I labs and tutorials in person at the University of Ottawa’s Main Campus during the 2027 Winter Semester. Apply laboratory instrument experience.
The Faculty of Engineering seeks three Teaching Assistants for ELG
2136 Section
A. This 130-hour assignment runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027. Responsibilities include leading labs and tutorials, correcting assignments and lab reports, and proctoring examinations.
- Lead Electronics I laboratory sessions
- Lead course tutorials for ELG
2136 Section A - Correct assignments and laboratory reports
- Proctor midterm and final examinations
- Complete related teaching assistant duties
- Completed Electronics I or equivalent with an A or better preferred
- Completed prerequisite courses with an A or better preferred
- Demonstrated experience using laboratory instruments
- Availability for assigned DGD, TUT, or LAB supervision
- Readiness to attend a TA workshop if necessary
Support Electronics I students through laboratory instruction, tutorials, grading, examination proctoring, and practical instrumentation experience.
