Support Introduction to Macroeconomics at the University of Ottawa Main Campus with grading, exam administration, and student assistance in person. Work is conducted in English.
This Teaching Assistant supports ECO
1102, Section E00, during the 2027 Winter Semester. The appointment runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027, with 130 total hours and one position. Responsibilities include correcting assignments and exams, invigilating examinations, assisting students individually or in groups, and completing related professor-requested tasks.
- Correct and administer assignments and examinations
- Invigilate exams as requested by the professor
- Assist students individually or in groups
- Complete other related professor-requested tasks
- BA Honours in Economics or equivalent
- Successfully completed ECO
1102 or an equivalent course - Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Brightspace is an asset
- Meet applicable CUPE 2626 collective agreement priorities
