Support Geotechnical Engineering in Industry as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa’s Main Campus during Winter 2027.
This CUPE position supports CVG
6305 in the Faculty of Engineering. The Teaching Assistant will work in person and on campus, communicating in English. The assignment serves an expected enrolment of 25 students and runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027.
- Provide 60 hours of contact with students
- Complete 60 hours of grading
- Perform six hours of proctoring
- Complete four hours of other assigned work
- Follow work allocation agreed with the supervising professor
- Teaching Assistant required for CVG
6305 - Availability from January 1 through April 30, 2027
- Ability to work in person at Main Campus
- English language of work
- Completion of mandatory legislated University training
