Support CRM
2306 through discussion groups, grading, and exam proctoring at the University of Ottawa’s Main Campus in person. English-language teaching assistance begins January 2027.
This Teaching Assistant supports Prison Community and the Deprivation of Liberty during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course belongs to the Department of Criminology in the Faculty of Social Sciences. Responsibilities include meeting students during office hours, marking papers and exams, and attending lectures when requested.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate discussion groups for CRM
2306 students - Mark student papers and examinations
- Hold office hours for individual student consultations
- Proctor examinations as assigned
- Attend lectures when requested by the supervisor
- Bachelor of Arts Honours in Criminology or equivalent
- Meet deadlines established by the supervising professor
- Commit to the suggested work schedule
- Complete mandatory legislated University training
- Priority follows CUPE 2626 agreement articles 18.5 and 18.6
