Teach White Collar Crime as an in-person Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa’s Main Campus during Winter 2027. Apply criminology expertise.
The Department of seeks one Teaching Assistant for CRM
3310, section A00, in the Faculty of Social Sciences. The 78-hour appointment runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027, under CUPE classification. The course is delivered in English.
- Facilitate discussion groups for enrolled students
- Mark papers and examinations
- Hold office hours for student consultations
- Proctor examinations as required
- Meet supervisor-set deadlines and attend lectures when requested
- Bachelor of Arts Honours in Criminology or equivalent
- Availability for in-person course responsibilities
- Commitment to the supervisor’s suggested work schedule
- Completion of mandatory legislated University training
- Eligibility considered under CUPE 2626 collective agreement articles
Support White Collar Crime students through discussion facilitation, assessment, consultations, and examination proctoring at Main Campus.
