- Teach Public Management programs at graduate level
- Supervise graduate students in their studies
- Maintain research activities and publication
- Support unit and Faculty educational activities
- Doctorate in Public Management or related field
- Public Management teaching ability upon appointment
- Active teaching ability in English and French
- Demonstrated quality teaching record
- Demonstrated quality research and publication record
