We’re seeking a Bilingual Health & Safety Trainer & Consultant to join our client’s team in Ottawa

What You’ll Do:
Deliver engaging, interactive health and safety training in both English and French
Adapt training content to meet client-specific needs while aligning with Ontario OH&S legislation
Create inclusive learning environments that encourage participation and real-world application
Conduct safety gap audits, hazard assessments, and program reviews for client organizations
Provide practical recommendations to support compliance and continuous improvement
Partner with client leadership to identify risks and strengthen safety culture
Assist with development and improvement of safety policies, procedures, and programs
Act as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries
Maintain accurate training and consulting documentation
Travel to client sites as required
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual candidate (English and French)
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering adult education or safety training
Strong knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety legislation
Experience with safety consulting, audits, hazard assessments, or program development
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Assets:
Certifications such as Working at Heights, MEWP, Forklift, or Confined Space
Background in occupational health & safety management or consulting
