Position: Experienced Technicians for Wind Power
GEV Wind Power needs Experienced SGRE MCE Technicians across Canada for crucial turbine component exchanges. This role involves working at height with significant turbine parts, focusing on safety and efficiency.

In this role, you'll travel to various wind farms to perform major component exchanges, working closely with site teams and crane crews. Your responsibilities will include mechanical disassembly, reassembly, and thorough inspections of turbine components while following all safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to diverse project locations as required

• Execute major component exchanges on wind turbines

• Participate in crane coordination and rigging operations

• Carry out mechanical work per OEM standards

• Inspect components for wear or damage during exchanges

Requirements:

• GWO certifications, including BST and ART

• Valid driver’s license and passport

• Able to work an 8-week on, 2-week off schedule

• Minimum age of 21 required for vehicle operation

• Clean criminal record certificate as necessary
