In this pivotal role, the Aerospace Experimentation Coordinator will provide technical expertise and operational guidance to oversee significant demonstration activities. You will work collaboratively with the Aurora Shield Program Director to formulate experimentation objectives that align with both NRC and National Defence. Your leadership will extend to multi-partner initiatives, fostering cooperation among various stakeholders, including government and industry. You will play a critical role in assessing and deploying Canadian aerospace technologies in realistic operational scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex aerospace experiments at test ranges

• Define operational objectives for demonstrations

• Evaluate technical capabilities from Canadian industry

• Coordinate logistics and partner activities

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement in operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Extensive experience in aerospace operations and demonstrations

• Project management training or certification (highly regarded)

• History of collaboration with military and aerospace sectors

• Secret security clearance with travel ability
