Wind Turbine Blade Technician Level 1 & 2

Embark on a full-time, seasonal career as a Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technician with CSS Wind, traveling across Canada. Play a critical role in inspections and repairs of wind turbine blades.

CSS Industrial Group of Companies is seeking entry-level technicians, Level 1 and 2, to support wind energy projects across Canada. You will conduct internal and external inspections, perform defect analyses, and execute repairs on fibreglass and composite blades, hubs, and nacelles. This role demands strong safety commitment, flexibility, and teamwork abilities as you travel to diverse sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect blade damage and document findings

• Perform coating and structural repairs per Engineering guidelines

• Work at heights using specialized access platforms

• Support site preparation and coordination

• Maintain mobile service reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT)

• Experience in blade repair or similar mechanical work

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Physically capable of demanding tasks and travel
