In this role, you will leverage your advanced knowledge of accelerator technology to lead and support service teams. As the point of contact for complex technical issues, you'll coordinate project schedules and drive continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met across a global network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and quality for installation projects
• Develop and implement training materials for team
• Act as a key resource for complex customer issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system upgrades
• Foster relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years experience required
• Vocational/Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Skills in mechatronics, robotics, or similar fields
• Must be able to travel internationally
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
