Your Responsibilities

    You’ll coordinate development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Subdivisions, Zoning By-law Amendments, Committee of Adjustment applications, and Condominium approvals from submission through registrat

  • entYou’ll work closely with consultants, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects moving according to sched

  • rksYou’ll review and validate site plans, building designs, and development concepts, providing recommendations that enhance project functionality, marketability, and overall program performa
